(optical jukebox), the Plasmon AA-638 Archive
Appliance is an Enterprise-level Network-Attached
storage device that combines 38TB of secure, reliable,
optical storage, with a built-in Network-Attach
Storage server, up to 2TB of hard drive space
for high-performance disk caching, gigabit Ethernet
interface, and jukebox management software to
manage the archival of data to the jukebox.
For larger organizations that need to store up
to 38TB of data for regulatory compliance, the
Plasmon AA-638 Archive Appliance is a cost-effective
Network-Attach storage solution that will meet
long-term data retention requirements for laws
such as SEC 17a-4, NASD 3510 & 3520, Sarbanes-Oxley,
and HIPAA, to name a few.
